Hotels and Meals
According to the article B.14.5.1 of the ECU tournament regulations the participating teams shall stay in the official hotel assigned for the championship. Bookings are possible only through the Organizing Committee.
Reservations and 50% of payments for hotels must be made before October 10th, 2021 (deadline for bookings), the remaining payment (50%) must be made by November 5th.
Daily cost of full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) accommodation, per person:

All hotels are in the same complex.
The Organizing Committee will not complete hotel bookings until payments have been made to the organizer`s account, but not later than October 10th, 2021.
After this date, the advance payments are not refundable in case of cancellation, with an exception cancellation because of covid19 – on presentation of the relevant document or if the decision of event cancelation/postponement is made by the organisers.
